All of this unlocking business revealed we needed some more content and so we're bringing in 17 relics and 4 potions. We're also adding some logic that makes it so you encounter each boss until you've seen them all.
There's also first time user experience stuff going in. Players will encounter a different boss each Act until you've fought them all. Afterwards, they will be randomized as usual. This feature exists in the first game as well, don't tell anyone. Similar logic exists for the very first run that you do, you'll always fight our simplest enemy on that run.
Necrobinder and Defect continue to get content and balance passes as we clean up some bugs from a lot of the combat logic cleanups which we're still bringing in.
Finally, there's a big speed up for card play as cards now kick off their effects while the card is flying towards the center upon playing (rather than after the card finishes flying to the center). Thanks to ocean for pointing it out :). Okay, have a nice week.

USER INTERFACE & EXPERIENCE
- Added specific order for boss discovery
- Made some parts of players' first run always the same
- Cards now play their effects immediately, without waiting for the cards to fly the center of the screen
- Changed start of Act map animation, speed, cancellability, and the select room prompt
- Shrunk potion slots in shop screen slightly so they're visually differentiated from relics more
- Achievements are now sorted to show completed Achievements at the top
- Started updating achievement holder
- When Kin Priest tries to buff its allies, but they are dead, he has new dialogue to explain why he doesn't do anything
- Players can now delete profiles
WORDING
- Fixed typo in Rattle card
- Updated wording for Flatten card
BUG FIXES
General:
- Climb history file no longer breaks if you abandon your first climb in the Act 1 map room
- Compendium is now hidden in pause menu until the Epoch is unlocked
- Timeline is no longer available in main menu even if you Abandon Climb your first run in the main menu
- Fixed an issue where, if an Attack was duplicated while being played (like Anger) on a Vulnerable enemy, the duplicate would display buffed damage values as if it were also targeting a Vulnerable creature
- Fixed off by 1 error for character max Ascension in Statistics screen
- Fixed screen being dark if you open/close the map during a combat victory
- Replaying a power no longer displays buggy text
- The FTUE flow is better after resetting them and continuing a game
- Vigor power no longer applies to non-attack damage
Ironclad:
- Conflagration card no longer plays the attack animation twice
- Rampage card no longer resets its damage value when it gets downgraded
Silent:
- Scrape card now properly discards cards whose energy costs have been reduced to 0 via global effects like Feral power
Defect:
- Removed "Power" from the Refactor power icon
Necrobinder:
- Capture Spirit no longer previews Soul+
Colorless Cards:
- Eternal Armor card can now properly be enchanted by Nimble enchantment
Potions & Relics:
- Fixed an interaction between Intimidating Helmet relic and cards with Replay that reduce their cost when played
Enemies:
- Can no longer get duplicate Slimes in Slimes' weak fight
- Seven Stars card will now hit new Axebots if the old Axebots have were killed mid multi-attack
- Wriggler enemies no longer overlap in the Dense Vegetation event encounter
Events:
- Barnacled Pipe relic no longer flashes every time Block is applied
PERFORMANCE
- Compressed various assets
